If you are a qualified teacher with experience in any of our current subjects, or you feel you would be able to help us to offer subjects not currently part of the EVOLVE Distance Learning curriculum then we’d love to hear from you.

Qualified teachers (hold QTS) in a Key Stage 4 and/or 5 subject
Confident and outgoing with a good sense of humour
Competent with navigating and using ITC systems
Friendly, approachable and supportive
Flexible and creative to meet the needs of student and clients
Punctual, reliable and confident in multitasking
Committed to providing exceptional learning opportunities to our students
Outstanding communicators
Able to work under their own initiative and within a team
Actively seeking to develop and improve their teaching and leadership skills

To be able to facilitate a distance learning online lesson you will need PC or Mac, a broadband connection and a working headset with microphone. Interviews are conducted online and we expect you to have at least basic computer knowledge in order to set up your connection and hardware.
If successful, you will benefit from full training on how to teach online as well as the flexibility of working at convenient times from the comfort of your home.
